By accessing or using Thikana360 (Thikana360.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our platform.
Thikana360 is an online real estate platform that connects property buyers, sellers, and renters. We manually verify listings before they go live with our TGVerified™ badge. However, Thikana360 is a platform and is not a party to any property transaction.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share your account with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate our terms.
Vendors (property listers) must: provide accurate property information, submit genuine ownership documents, not post duplicate listings, respond to leads within 48 hours, and comply with RERA regulations where applicable. Fraudulent listings will result in immediate account termination.
The TGVerified™ badge indicates that our team has reviewed the listing documents and photos at the time of approval. It does not constitute a legal guarantee of property ownership or the absence of encumbrances. Buyers are advised to conduct independent legal verification before any transaction.
Users must not: post fake or misleading listings, use the platform for commercial spam, scrape or copy listing data, impersonate other users or vendors, attempt to bypass the verification process, or use the platform for any illegal purpose.
All content on Thikana360 including the TGVerified™ badge, logo, and design is owned by ThunderGits Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Property photos uploaded by vendors remain the property of the original owner.
Thikana360 is not liable for: inaccuracies in vendor-provided information, any losses arising from property transactions, technical downtime or data loss. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for our premium services.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
