Why We Built Thikana360

The idea for Thikana360 came from a real problem. Anyone who has ever searched for a property in India knows the frustration — duplicate listings, fake photos, brokers posing as owners, and properties that don't exist. The existing platforms were flooded with unverified content.

We are Thikana360, a technology company with one non-negotiable rule: every listing must be manually verified by our team before it goes live. No exceptions.

We introduced the ThikanaVerified™ badge — a promise to every user that the property they're looking at is real, documented, and owned by who it says it is.

Today, Thikana360 covers 50+ cities across India, with a special focus on Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities that are completely underserved by existing platforms.

How ThikanaVerified™ Works

Every listing goes through a rigorous 5-step verification before going live.

Vendor KYC

Every vendor submits government ID and ownership documents. These are reviewed by our team before they can list.

Listing Submission

Vendor submits property details, minimum 4 photos, and ownership documents through our Vendor Panel.

Admin Review

Our team reviews every detail — photos, documents, location pin, pricing, and description.

Physical Verification (Premium)

For high-value properties, our team conducts a physical site visit to confirm the property exists.

ThikanaVerified™ Badge

Once approved, the listing goes live with the ThikanaVerified™ badge. Buyers can trust what they see.

RERA Compliant

Thikana360 requires RERA registration numbers for all applicable property listings. We display RERA details prominently on every eligible listing, giving buyers the confidence they need. Listings without required RERA registration are rejected during the verification process.
